When you arrive for your appointment, please "check in" using the touchscreen at reception and watch for your name to appear on the illuminated board. It is essential you let us know, as soon as you can, if you are unable to keep your appointment, as failure to do so may render you liable to being removed from our patient list.
The practice co-operates with local medical schools in the teaching of undergraduate medical students by giving them practical experience in general practice. A student will sometimes accompany one of the doctors and you will be advised of this at the reception desk. You may ask that the student does not remain present during your consultation.
We also offer a limited number of pre-bookable GP extended hours appointments, the times of which vary on a weekly basis and range from 07.00 - 08.00, 18.30 - 22.00 and occasional late night clinics. During these times the surgery is not quiet so when you arrive for your appointment follow the instructions by the signing-in screen in the waiting room. A receptionist will be onsite to help if you encounter any problems or require help.
Evening and Weekend GP Appointments
North West Surrey Integrated Care services are offering additional flexible GP appointments for you and your family at four convenient locations; three local GP surgeries and the Bedsur hub in Woking.
By working together in a new and different way local GP practices will be improving access to primary care appointments, making it even easier for local people to get the care and advice they need, at a time that’s convenient to them.
CONNECTED - You will be seen by an experienced GP, from a local practice. The doctor will have access to your GP record and will update your GP here with the outcome of your consultation.
CONVENIENT - You can pre-book evening and weekend GP appointments via our practice receptionist. Weekday evening appointments run from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm and on Saturday 9:00am to 12:00pm and Sunday mornings 9:00am to 12:00pm.
If you would like to make an appointment for this service please call the Practice on 01932 505230.
