How can you order repeat prescriptions?

You can only request a repeat prescription if you have been prescribed this medication for long term use by a medical practitioner. You will not be able to order medication which you have had previously but have not agreed long term use with your practitioner.

Requests must be in writing or via the online services (NHS app or the online form further down on this page).
If you would like your prescription to be sent electronically to your nominated pharmacy please specify the pharmacy in your request.

I acknowledge my request will take 2 working days from when my request is received to when it will be ready.

Any medication requests received over the weekend will not be processed until the following working day (Surgery times 8.30am - 6.30pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

All Information submitted through secure forms is secured with a private key and is accessed over a secure connection by nominated staff. We have a strict confidentiality policy.
