Order Repeat Prescriptions

How can you order repeat prescriptions?

You can only request a repeat prescription if you have been prescribed this medication for long term use by a medical practitioner. You will not be able to order medication which you have had previously but have not agreed long term use with your practitioner.

  • Requests must be in writing or via the online services (NHS app or the online form further down on this page).
  • If you would like your prescription to be sent electronically to your nominated pharmacy please specify the pharmacy in your request.
